Stress is very common, and almost everyone experiences it some time in their life. People can get stressed by having too many actives, too much homework, being in a fight with friends, and many more reasons.
It’s important to not get stressed over something you can’t change or have no control over. Some people don’t know that they are stressed. Some symptoms of stress are, panicking for no real reason, getting headaches, getting mad over silly things, or isolating yourself from your friends.
If you are stressed you can talk to a trusted adult or the school counselor. You can also do somehting that makes you happy. Try relaxation techniques, get more sleep, or use a planner to manage your time.. It’s important to know that you’re not alone and there is always something you can do or someone you can talk to about your stress. Don’t be afraid to get help!
